Sadie is a communications and public engagement strategist who’s sat on both sides of the table. A former Kamloops City Councillor and UBCM Director, she brings first-hand knowledge of local government decision-making to every project she leads. She holds degrees in Journalism and Environmental Biology and an MSc in Environmental Science, and has built a career turning complex policy, planning, and infrastructure issues into communications people actually trust.

Renée is a Communications and Content Strategist with five years of experience consulting for government, technology, healthcare, science, real estate, and agriculture. She holds a Joint Honours Bachelor Degree in public relations from the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College. Renée also spent more than a decade working as a freelance photographer across North America, bringing a strong visual storytelling perspective to her communications work.

Genevieve supports ZINC in an administrative and event coordination role, helping ensure the team and clients receive what they need in an organized and timely manner. She holds a diploma in Graphic and Digital Design from the University of the Fraser Valley and brings more than four years of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
