CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS AUDIT & STRATEGY

In the spring of 2012, the Town of Qualicum Beach confirmed that improving communications was a priority. This resulted in a call for consultants to set up a communications department from scratch. ZINC was awarded the contract. First task: conduct a communications audit to provide a “snap shot” view of how the Town was communicating with stakeholders and the public. Now, with the audit complete and a plan in place, this unique seaside town is letting residents and the world know what it’s all about—revitalizing its downtown core, fulfilling the goals of an innovative sustainability plan, and being an active leader in the use of electric vehicles.
